Great looking, Great Results!!

This camera is beautiful, smaller and lighter than a DSLR and I LOVE the white colour. It's size makes it much easier to carry around, and the results are brilliant. I am only just learning to use it and bought a manual to help me understand all that it can do.

Sony A6000 review

Can the Sony A6000, a camera first launched in 2014, still be competitive today You bet!...

Powerful features; even today; Sharp 24MP sensor; Good autofocus; Built-in EVF

Handling poor with larger lenses; Full HD not 4K; Not so good at high ISOs

Sony A6000

After using compacts for 20 years due to kids growing up and my slr was too cumbersome, it was a pleasure to find that things have moved on. This camera is amazing, easy to use after a couple of days playing with it. The pictures are spot on and I can use all my old lenses with an adapter.

Sony Alpha a6000

Most users, both professionals and beginners, have so far enjoyed using this item. Many say that it provides high-quality images for either landscape or portrait photography. Moreover, it is much smaller and lighter than similar products, making it portable and easy to carry while providing the same...

High shooting capacity of 11 fps; A 3-inch tilting LCD is also present with 921,000 dots; Instant sharing of images possible with Wi-Fi and NFC; ISO range of 100 – 25600 allows low-light photography; Great incredible detail with the 24.3 MP APS CMOS image sensor

Battery life is quite disappointing; Prone to auto shut-off due to overheating during excess use; Often causes issues when making transfers from Sony's software to any other software

I've had this product for around 2 years now, and have been scraping by with it. The camera is definitely lightweight, and is very convenient to carry around; the downside is that the battery drainage makes it so that I need to purchase multiple batteries in order to use it for one whole day of...

The reviews were great, but I'm struggling

My Nikon DSLR feels a bit clunky now so time to upgrade. The reviews on this model ticked all the boxes, but it's just not doing it for me. A day out by the quayside in glorious weather produced photos that were fine, but I actually prefer those taken on the oneplus 6 phone.

Better than any phone camera

This camera is so versatile and manual mode if very easy to use to set up the perfect shot. The kit lens are great, but 100% to try other lenses as well.

My first camera - love it

Purchased this camera 5 months ago. I have used it for street photography and its very suited to the task. Very discreet and captures shots quickly. Every aspect of this camera is perfect. The kit lens is fine, contrary to what others say. Especially for learning with.

A6000

Absolutely love this beauty, nothing comes close to the focus and speed of this camera, I own a Sony a7r and wanted another small camera that fits all my lenses so stuck with Sony, my 90mm G macro lense is mint with the a6000. Not much more I can say really about this camera.
