Bought the game for my 8 year old son. We have a great time playing together. Plenty of characters and tracks to choose from.

Flight; driving and boat racing all in one

I was hesitant at first to buy Sonic All Stars racing but it got great reviews so I decided to try it. It's a great game! Great for adults and children! In one race you can switch back and forth from a car to a boat to a plane. I'm glad I bought it!

Good game , not as good as Mario cart. for my 9 yr old son . Did not excite him but there are many drivers to open and I think that will keep him coming back for more. THE PRICE IS ALSO GOOD.

Is this the best kart racer this gen? Yep. More importantly is this is a collection of all things Sega. Sega has always been a step behind Nintendo and it is good to see Sega come out with a greatest hits type game along the lines of Fighters Megamix. As for the game itself...no story, just racing.

There it is, a racing game to make eye to eye against Mario Kart's dominance. Easy to play, good graphics, astunishing sounds and very, very fun, makes that game a must for thos who don't own a Nintendo console.

Put all thoughts of Mario Kart clones to rest – Sega's latest on-wheels outing for the spiky blue blur really deserves to be judged on its own merits. While the core formula of zooming around colourful locales, collecting power-ups and hitting boost panels is here in full force, All-Stars Racing...

Earlier this year I hunted around second hand stores looking for the original "Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing" before finally picking it up in Cash Converters for the very tasty price of ￡12.99.

Addictive; challenging; great tracks; great characters; different to the other similar games

Weak weaponary; some "cheating" AI

My all time fave racing game has long been Mario Kart, unfortunately I no longer have a Nintendo and longed for my Mario fix, this game has certainly done that, in some ways I actually prefer to Mario - which is quite the compliment.

When gamers talk about kart racers Mario Kart is seen as the "de facto" standard that all others are compared too. Last year Sega released their own kart game, and although it was fun it did not live up to the standard so many see as the "high mark".

A very enjoyable kart racer that brings the best elements of Mario Kart and improves on the formula by adding boat and airplane modes that really enhance gameplay. Great fun for all ages!
