Graphics not bad (in HD anyways). Controls are intimidating at first. Really enjoyed the Free Skate. Creating your own personalized skater is a nice touch. Some events in this game are difficult even on Easy difficulty.

Skate 3 doesn't reinvent the wheels. Nor does it reinvent the decks, the trucks or any other aspect of the Skate series. This sequel is as noteworthy for the features that it cuts from Skate 2 as it is for those that it introduces, yet this is still a better game than its predecessor.

Skate 3 just barely surpasses its predecessor to become the best of the genre, but the lack of fresh ideas (along with the various bugs) will leave many people feeling as though their money could have been better spent elsewhere.

Never owned a skateboard, never spent more than 10 seconds upright on somebody else's either, there may have been a few days during the seventies when I may have wanted one. I know that would never have gone anywhere and I would have traded it for a game at the first sign of a ‘bail'.

So happy that I have found Skate 3 no where in New Plymouth had it. Mighty Ape you are the best.

Skate 3 is a prime example of "If it aint broke, don't fix it" at work. It keeps all of the gameplay that you loved from the previous games and adds in a little bit more on top.

Skate 3 manages to remain the skateboarding game to beat but ultimately lacks the evolution and balanced, challenging experience that gamers expect from a third installment in the series.

Skate 3 isn't a bad game, rather it's just more of skate 2 with minor changes to its career mode. If online is your thing its pretty well improved there. I'd only recommend a purchase of this if you're a DIEHARD Skate fan whose absolutely sick of Skate 2.

I ordered this for my sisters grandson for Christmas and you kept your word and I received on time delivery for Christmas...Thank you so much I will remember this for next Christmas, I will be more ordering from you!!! By the way he loves this game and the price is amazing!!

My only other gripe about it is that the city could've been even more connected, and not split into different areas, but it doesn't do anything to subtract from the game.

Probably the best skateboarding game I've ever played, and one of the most detailed. It hits almost everything that you could possibly do in real life. The customization is probably one of the best features of the game; and the skate.school tutorials really helped me out in the beginning.

The challenges are pretty repetitive; but there's enough variety so that it doesn't get redundant
