did an amazing job on the floor tiles. Never seen them that clean...only one small complaint...using liquid washing detergent as directed in the manual...the mop discs didn't come out clean...still a small amount of dirt marks on the discs....will be interesting to see how they clean on the next use and if they clean up any better after washing again.

Overall very happy with this quiet and effective steam mop. I wish they could make a cordless steam mop! I agree with others-the tank should be removable, also an assortment of cleaning pads would be good too. E.G Tougher fabric to remove stuck on stains or even a scrubber with bristles for using on outside tiles.
