I have only had this for a few weeks, so far I like it a lot. The self cleaning head is just awesome !!! No more touching dusty hair clumps to drag them out of the roller. I live in the bush with lots of mud and dust also a fireplace which creates extra dust, I have long hair and also a long coat dog and 2 medium coat cats so am very impressed that i have not yet had to touch the head to clean the roller. Good suction, (almost as good as a bagged vacuum), it seems to pick up a lot of fine dust and the stick and hoses don't block easily with bigger particles and pine needles. Love the controls being on the handle of the stick, and that you can change from hard floor to carpet without manually changing the actual head. This does make the stick and head part slightly heavier than usual. Good thick dust filter. Easy to empty canister. One small criticism being that there doesn't seem to be anywhere on the unit to park the 2 accessories that come with it . This really is a minor inconvenien...
