Happy with the quality of the sound and with the fact that they "fit tight" to the head
I bought these for TV watching and for that purpose they work well. I have significant hearing loss as well as tinnitus and when wearing these I can not only follow conversations, but can hear the ambient sounds in a scene, such as footsteps down a hall, the crunch of a piece of toast when an actor...
Clarity and balance of mid-range sounds for following dialogue
For a wired headset, the main cord is too short for tv watching; It should have been much shorter for use with an extension cable, or preferably about 6' longer for fewer connections
We've already covered the HD 559, HD 579, and HD 599, but today we're taking a look at the Sennheiser HD 569 – an oddball headphone in the new 5 Series lineup. With some features mirroring the higher end 579 and 599, though, just how different is this headphone?
Really comfy and have a great range of sound. I have always like Sennheiser headphones and these don't disappoint. I also use these for film nights while the little one is asleep upstairs and I get really engrossed in the action.
We have a hard time thinking of anything as much fun for $180 as Sennheiser's gorgeous HD 569.
Rich and detailed sound; Vast; dimensional soundstage; Sleek and robust design; Great passive noise isolation; Comfy and ergonomic fit
Midrange-focused sound best for acoustic instruments; No case or folding earcups makes travel tricky
The Sennheiser HD 569 headphones are exceptionally comfortable and deliver a rewardingly rich and clear audio experience.
Crisp, clear sound signature with accurate bass depth; Ships with two detachable cables, one with inline remote and mic, one with 0.25-inch headphone connection; Comfortable fit over long listening sessions
Not for booming bass fans
Fruity Backstory: This is a headphone that really took me by surprise. I was out looking around in Microcenter, like one does, and found they have an isle with gaming headsets, and studio/audiophile closed-back headphones available to try.
Comfortable, Sennheiser sound gone closed back style, the amazing inline microphone; They look pretty good too
The ever annoying wedges inside the earcup
Pros: -Sound is very balanced, does not over saturate the highs or the lows. - Comfortable ear pads, does not chafe. - Cables are durable, I have snagged these many times on furniture. The force would break or cut open some lower quality cables. - Comes with both 3.5mm and 6mm headphone cable.
This is a pair of over ear noise reduction headphones. They come from a company who are stocked by high end and mass market stores, the former as entry level items and the latter as their top of the range quality headphone offerings.
Purchased this for my son to communicate with his friends playing PS4 games. He gave the thumbs up. He has tried a few microphones but is very happy with this one
