Sound quality right out of the box is brilliant. I could hear new sounds from favorite tracks that I'd never heard or understood previously. App is more than sufficient for customization to your needs and the features on these are extensive. 2 year warranty and added bonus. Top quality. Sure they are not as lower profile as other earphones (Jabra), but function over form. After all if you cant hide it, accentuate it. Super pleased I got these and at the sale price, I'm stoked.

I am so happy with these, I was a little nervous to spend this much money but they are so worth it. Amazing sound quality and noise canceling. They connect easily to my devices. I love the active listening feature. Touch features are super easy to navigate, my only issue with them has been my jacket hood touching them will sometimes pause or skip songs. They never fall out of your ears. Sometimes the call quality isn’t great but that probably more to do with windy Wellington than anything.

I have a pair of the 550 headphones and dearly love them, so jumped at the chance to get these earbuds on sale. Honestly, the sound disappointed me somewhat, until I decided to purchase the Comply Premium Ear Tips. It did not seem like they were leaking sound with the stock tips, but obviously, they were. Way better sound now! With the present sound, for the price, would recommend them.

Unless you absolutely NEED noise cancelling true wireless... they're not great. They can only connect to 1 device at a time, needing the app to switch between devices, sound quality is decent but doesn't amaze anyone with sure's (sb20's are still better), noise cancelling creates an audible distortion, environment audio pass-through has parasitic frequencies added, etc... If you're getting them at a discount, I'd say decent value, if for full price I wouldn't go for them.
