No complaints. I wouldn’t call the listening experience mind blowing, but the CX 350BT certainly gets the job done in a very satiating and inoffensive fashion. Calls sound clear, battery life is decent, and when you feel lonely, you can always talk to Siri.

Bought it on sale but the original price is still worth it. They are definitely mid ranged bluetooth earphones. Notes for potential buyers: - Sound quality is normal. - connects to phone very quickly after turning on for another listening session. - battery life is true to what they say - microphone is a normal quality - The back piece could be annoying if youre moving around a lot or wearing a backpack - no storage box. You will have to keep it around your neck or put it away haphazardly if out and about. - There is an app to accompany the earphones but the feature to control the sound has been on “coming soon” for a while. Right now it only tells you the battery.

The sound with these is deep and full, the companion app which was in beta when i bought the product has matured nicely and allows you to update the firmware and change the EQ on the fly. My only gripes with this device is its design, the battery pack being on the back of the neck tends to flop around a lot and can dislodge the buds. The button controls are also not great, with them binding 3 seperate controls to one button instead of using the other button more. 1 click of main button pauses and resumes music, 2 clicks is next song, 3 clicks previous song. The 2 flanking buttons control volume only. Call quality is trash tho, don't even bother trying to use it, these are really only good with music.

I recently purchased these headphones and they are some of the best ones I have had. Sennheiser is a reliable brand (I’ve owned other djing headphones from them before) but I was definitely surprised at how well these in ears worked. They come with several different sizes of rubber casings to fit any size ear, which is also great for cleaning. The charge time is fantastic, I probably only have to charge them once a week and I’m constantly listening to music and podcasts. They also have a soothing British accent.

Speaker quality for music etc is good, although on the light side. Terrible for hands-free calls as microphone is poor. Bad design/placement of battery block means unit slips constantly.
