All in all, Sega Rally Revo offers a very simplistic approach to rally car racing. This is an arcade title, so simulation racers should apply elsewhere. Despite needing only a gas pedal to race with, the game offers a capable, competitive atmosphere to race in.

is a bit of an underwhelming experience. It'll take you no more than a half-hour or so to have seen almost everything there is in the game, and that's not very much content even for a downloadable title.

Sega Rally doesn't begin with any fanfare. No lengthy celebratory introduction video showing off the game. No overly hyped-up music to get you pumped for the races to come. Not even the traditional arcade "Sega Rally!" voice-over to welcome you in.

First Impressions My reaction is Sega has been in the games business for decades now, churning out games to the ever-hungry masses. With developers now fully focused on next-gen consoles, Sega makes yet another milestone with the brilliant Sega Rally.

THE VERDICT: It looks lovely. It plays well, once you get over the initial: "how the shit do I control this crap?" feel. It's a good update to a dear series. It also cheats and is shallow. All in all, I recommend it. Just lower your expectations first.
