Samsung Galaxy A10 SM-A105 32GB

The price says budget but the features and performance say something else! Samsung's Galaxy A10 smartphone gives us lots of good things, making it one of the better models at this price point.

Enjoy the view

The display on the A10 makes watching videos, playing games, or surfing the 'net, a real pleasure. This is thanks to the vibrant 6.2" HD+ screen and A10's Immersive-V Display that puts you front and centre when it comes to viewing all the action.

Nice to look at, nice to hold

The A10 is a sleek smartphone with a slim 7.9 mm body that will feel great in your hand. If you're using your phone all day, this enhanced comfort will be appreciated.

A typically good Samsung camera

Samsung cameras always deliver no matter the price. In the Galaxy A10, you get a 13MP rear and 5MP front camera, with both giving you vivid and bright results, even when the sun goes down thanks to the Night Mode feature.

A focus on the focus

Samsung's One UI software comes into play when it comes to focusing on your subject matter. The resulting shots are sharper than what you'd expect from a low-cost phone. Your sharp shots can be enhanced with AR stickers, stamps, and filters, which are all part of the fun in the A10.

Plenty of power

This might be a smartphone at a budget price but the battery power is full-on! That's thanks to the 3,400 mAh battery which just keeps going. Meanwhile, the Galaxy A10 performs way above its price tag with the inclusion of an OctaCore processor.

Samsung Galaxy A10 review

Samsung's done well to distil many of the same experiences from its more premium smartphones down into something as affordable as the Galaxy A10.

Samsung Galaxy A10 Blue Smartphone Vodafone Locked A10 BLUEVF review

All of which means this isn’t a phone that will excite you but nor is it a phone that’s likely to let you down – as long as you go in with realistic expectations about what you can get at this end of the market.

Decent battery life; Big screen; Good value

No fingerprint scanner; Basic camera; Mediocre performance

Great Phone for a great price

Still can't believe the price on this phone, with all the phone costing close to $1000. Obviously you don't get the same features, but this phone is still good for everyday use. It is fairly fast and battery life is good. Also recharges fast.

Good replacement

I bought this phone to replace my old one which had limited data storage and no backup and there was no room for any more apps etc. This new phone does all that I need and should meet my needs with 32gb storage. Takes good photos. I'm not sure I like the side button to activate though.

Samsung Galaxy A10 Smartphone Review: Power in plastic

60 FPS gaming at an affordable price. Unsurprisingly, Samsung has made some compromises for the cheapest model in its Galaxy A series. However, the Galaxy A10 is no slouch and performs well for a sub-US$200 smartphone. Read on to find out in what areas Samsung has done well and where the Galaxy A10 falls short of its pricier Galaxy A-series siblings.

Samsung has made strange decisions in the past when it comes to which features it excludes from its ...

comparatively high performance; dedicated microSD card slot; current software; accurate GPS; high-contrast display; low surface temperatures even under load; decent mono speaker;

strong PWM flicker at low brightness; no brightness sensor; no fingerprint sensor; no notification LED; no compass; average call quality;

Brilliant phone

I cannot believe how impressive this phone is. It looks and feels a lot more expensive. Everything that I could want or need from a smart phone. Bought as a gift for my husband to entice him out of the cycle of upgrading his contract phone with expensive monthly payments and moving to a sim only...
