Much better than the CS55, this lighter weight design adds much more comfort, with improved sound quality. This unit is great if you spend a lot of time on the phone, or even for the "marathon" phone conferences.

In our business it is great to have our hands free while we are on the phone with our customers. We often need to get up to obtain a loan file, or to walk across the office to speak with another colleague while we are on the line.

Being able to swap between headset and earpiece is great, a very innovative design idea for wireless headsets. Still has the same great plantronics quality too.

Great headset. Light and good sound quality. Got this with the Electronic Hook Switch for a Polycom VoIP telephone for heavy office telephone volume calls. Very happy with the products.

I love my headset but for some reason, every once in a while, I get a vibration in my ear. I have not been able to find anything in my literature that came with it mentioning this problem. I have been too busy to call to find out why it is doing it.

It works. It uses a remotely controlled actuator motor to actually lift the handset off the cradle so the headset can be used to pick up calls. The quality of the wireless . unit is good and sound clarity is good.

Sound quality is absolutely wonderful! Wireless range is very nice. Looks good sitting on my desk, and is comfortable enough to wear all day. I also like the fact that when I have it on, it doesn't block external sound from my ear like wearing some ear buds do.

I am puzzled that such a high-quality piece could be so outdated with its fine-tuning. I wanted to be able to use this while walking around my office, which I am able to do thanks to the great design of the earpiece.

My company has bought at least a dozen of these headsets. They have never given us any problems and work perfectly. The sound quality is great and the convenience and ease of use is awesome. I don't think headsets should cost this much money...
