Works well but menu hierarchy is not logical at the lower levels. It takes some fidgeting around to find what you want.

Menu choice not logical

I have had a multi-handset Panasonic system for 2+ years. I recently switched phone carriers and decided to get an additional handset to replace standard desktop models. The handset is light, easy to carry around and holds all the features of the base unit.

A wee bit wider then the original, but it still fits in the base,and a silver face whereas the original one had a black face.

purchased two extra handsets to the Panasonic KX-TG4114C product. The complete set accommodates 6 handsets for great intercom capability.

I've had 3 different Panasonic portable phones over the years. After this one, I'll never own another. I have 5 handsets that are all bad less than 1 year after the purchase. Even when they worked, the sound quality was terrible. Too bad Panasonic has sunk to the depths with this model.
