I'm quite pleased with these speakers. On great recordings they sound rich, clear, clean and accurate over the whole frequency spectrum. When I compare them to my old DCM time windows, I find that they seem to lack a little crispness and sparkle.

Limited bass extension; needs to be paired with a subwoofer; especially when intended for HT applications; Stacked binding posts make use of ultra-heavy gauge cable a challenge
No matter how I tried to find the pluses hyped in audio press about this speaker, I continually found it so flat as to be lifeless. No decent bass, so-so imaging, nothing to write home about. The Imagine B far exceeds its bigger brother.
