It's cheap for a reason - the sound is incredibly "tinny". Not PB Techs faults as I got what I paid for - but having no product would be better than having this. I literally threw it in the bin.

What else is there to say? It works. My parents told me 3 days before lockdown that they hadn't had any sound on their computer for 6 months. Turns out it was vital that this was fixed before lockdown. So i headed on down to pb tech. Went back the next day and "set it up" for them. Works a treat. Now my mum has to listen to the sound of my dad "gaming" all day while in lockdown.

Stopped work within a month

Works as listed, small and efficient.

...but what is even better was the help I got in the shop, where there was much discussion about what I needed and time was taken to make sure I got what I needed.
