Enjoyable and Frustrating

So ive played it to the end now, plenty of of different aspects to do, engage in and enjoy throughout in the open world, decent driving feeling. In terms of how long the game will last the campaign lasted, for me just short of a month or around 45hrs of play.

Fun a variety of races.

I bought this couple of days ago, so far so good a lot of fun. Only negative thing I found was you can't pause the game.

Straight from the underground.

The Need For Speed series has always been something of a chameleon. At various points, it's been a police chase simulator , a realistic track racer , and even a Cannonball Run-style action movie on wheels .

Visually stunning city; Deep; rewarding progression; Genuinely customizable handling; Nail-biting sense of speed

Rubber-banding AI; Draconian drift scoring system; Always-online means never pausing

PS4 Review: Need for Speed

The Need for Speed series has had it's ups and downs over the years, from the highs of Most Wanted and Hot Pursuit to the lows like The Run and Nitro. This one doesn't have a fancy name or a sequel number attached, it's just purely "Need for Speed.

Whether you look at music, movies, toys, or even video games, everything old is new again. There are a lot of ideas and concepts being revisited with the hopes that they will catch on again.

I live in Durban, a city where 2001's Fast and the Furious was so well received that people here keep their DVD on the shelf next to their chosen holy books, and because I went to school with people who couldn't help but spread the gospel of of Vin Diesel's super charger at every opportunity, I too...

Fantastic visuals | Lots of customisation | Plenty of content

Always online | Weak multiplayer | Music and race types lack variety

Back To The Drawing Board

. While it may be considered a reboot, traces of familiarity are prevalent throughout the new title, and while that's not necessarily a bad thing, it only works if incorporated correctly. As with most
