Microsoft Xbox One Slim 2TB

Xbox One S is 40% smaller than the original Xbox. It also utilises an internal power brick, which makes the size reduction even more impressive.

4K Ultra HD format is supported. Hence, playing Blu-ray movies in 4K is fine.

Xbox One S is available in white colour. The 2 TB storage version costs US$399 in Microsoft's store.

Xbox One S review: The right console at the wrong time

The ultimate question to ask about the Xbox One S is not whether it can do the job - it can - it's whether or not it's worth buying. And that depends on what camp you fall into. If you're a serious gamer that already has an Xbox (or a PS4 for that matter) then there's really no point.

The Xbox One S review – smaller and more perfectly formed

M icrosoft's revamped Xbox One occupies a curious space in the current gaming generation. It's not because it's a sleeker take on the original bulky hardware – slimline consoles are nothing new, after all.

Microsoft Xbox One S review

Everyone loves a 'slim' hardware revision - and generally speaking, it's second-gen console revisions that tends to be the most successful (third-gen models can sometimes take the cost-cutting too far ).

2TB Gears of War 4 Xbox One S Limited Edition Bundle Review – The Best Xbox Around, For Now

Reviewing the 2TB Gears of War 4 Xbox One S Limited Edition console is not an easy task. I mean what do you compare it to? It's obviously better than the original Xbox One based on specs alone.

Stunning design; The definitive Gears package; Runs like a dream; Decent value for the buck

Doesn't include Elite controller; You should be a Gears fan; Good luck getting this in December

The Xbox One was built with a specific vision in mind, and it was one that included a whole lot more than games. From streaming videos to dollops of motion sensing in the form of Kinect, it aimed to be the centre of your living room - much like Microsoft envisioned the original Xbox to be, when it...

Gorgeous industrial design; Sweet form factor; No power brick; Whisper quiet

Gorgeous industrial design; Sweet form factor; No power brick; Whisper quiet; Not available officially yet; Robot white is easy to smudge; OS concerns still persist

All images: Alex Cranz/Gizmodo There were very few complaints when the original Xbox One was announced, and it failed to do 4K. In 2013 nobody really cared about HD's successor. Not unless they'd spent thousands of dollars on one of the few 4K TV sets available at the time.

Xbox One S review

Three years after the release of the original Xbox One , Microsoft released an updated version of the console, the Xbox One S. It's smaller, it runs quieter, but its most interesting development is its resolution which has been boosted from HD to Ultra HD, aka 4K .

Great console

I bought this two months ago and Im happy with how it turned out. You just need to keep it clear from other objects on top of it since it gets hot after an hour
