Meizu, like many other Chinese companies, has a reputation for making good-quality smartphones at very reasonable prices. The Meizu MX 6 is certainly no exception.
Performance Plus
Low costs smartphones don't usually have this level of performance. But thanks to a 10-core, A72-based CPU - the first to be used in this Meizu series of phones - the performance and processing speeds are excellent.
A Sharp Display
The display on the 5.5-inch screen delivers clarity and colour, with the Sharp TDDI technology giving the MX 6 outstanding touch sensitivity.
That's One Cool Camera
The MX 6 also offers a camera that exceeds expectations based on the price tag. This is largely down to the Sony IMX386 CMOS sensor, which delivers consistently sharp images, with great colour depth. Faster focusing is another key feature, allowing the user to capture shots almost instantly.
Battery Power Through mCharge
Fast charging is an attractive selling point, and mCharge allows the battery to go from 0% to 100% charge in about 75 minutes, with a battery life of around 10 hours. Those are very respectable numbers in anyone's language.
Classy But Tough
Getting the balance right between good looks and a strong build can be tricky. However, in the case of the MX 6, Meizu have nailed it! There's a cool blend here of strength and design, which is obvious as soon as you look at it AND pick it up.
