This is a good product for the price. Installation is very easy. The only thing that kept me from giving a 5 star rating is the signal strength. I think it should be higher than 1 - 2 bars when I am within 100' of the gateway. The literature states it should have a range of over 350'.

Purchased to replace a D-Link XtremeN adapter that died. Like the fact it's a low-profile card. Software that comes with it is fairly lame, just stuck with the Windows interface.

Software is pretty flaky

This is a very good product. I was initially worried as I ordered PCI Express version of this but had to return it due to my free PCIe slot being blocked by massive graphic card. I thought it would work less efficiently on older PCI link but I couldn't be more wrong!

I have an older computer and had to hook up via wire for optimal internet performance. I did no realize I could just upgrade the wireless card. I no longer have to hook up via wire and can game, download, and stream well! Not the top of the line card but a great upgrade!

Unless you are real computer smart i would recomend an easier product i tried to install it my self because the reveiws made it sound so easy and much to my surprise i had to rely on the web to give me some sense of direction on how to make it work the cd is worhtless and by the way my computer is...

This wouldn't fit as my computer case has a low profile. Returned it using Amazon Dropbox which is really easy and free. Got refunded with no problem.

Great price and fast connection - Win 7 won't pick it up so you have to use the Drivers CD provided with the package. I love the fact that low bracket is also provided. Definitely worth the money.

People are quick to give bad reviews the second they run into a problem without doing a little work on their end. Like they expect the company to come out and install the driver on the cd for them...

Disregard the comment under mine; I have had no issues with this card under Windows 8, 7, Vista, or XP; Windows 8 will install a driver for you, and it causes connection issues for me, but that is a Microsoft issue, not TP-Link!
