Logitech G915 LIGHTSPEED Wireless Mechanical Gaming Keyboard - GL Clicky 920-009228 review

Pick up the Logitech G915 if you want a top-of-the-line wireless gaming keyboard with no compromises. However, avoid it if you can't stomach the $250 price tag.

Excellent key switches, Beautiful design, Robust software, Discrete media keys

No wrist rest, Very expensive

Logitech G915 LIGHTSPEED Wireless Mechanical Gaming Keyboard- GL Tactile 920-009226 review

It’s been about 10 months since the original Logitech G915 was released, and it’s been positively received since then for its impressive low-profile design, dedicated media controls, and incorporation of Logitech’s “Lightspeed” wireless tech.

Ultra-thin and compact design; Dedicated media controls; Fantastic looks and build quality

Overly sensitive buttons; Logitech G Hub in general; Expensive

Logitech G915 LIGHTSPEED Wireless Mechanical Gaming Keyboard - GL Clicky 920-009228 review

There's no doubt that the Logitech G915 offers a brilliant wireless experience with some great switches. They've built a sturdy product that ushers in a new era for Logitech. That said, I'd recommend the G915 in a heartbeat if it wasn't for one thing - its price.

Light; low-profile switches works like a dream; It looks fabulous with some great backlighting; Switching between Bluetooth and LIGHTSPEED is seamless

One of the most expensive gaming keyboards; The skeletal design can cause dust infestations

Logitech G915 LIGHTSPEED Wireless Mechanical Gaming Keyboard - GL Linear 920-009227 review

Swift and stylish, the Logitech G915 Lightspeed has it all—it sets a new benchmark in gaming keyboards. Only its super-steep price keeps it from snagging an Editors' Choice.

Very comfortable low-profile key switches; Wireless without lag; Handy media, macro, and profile keys; Handsome; Good battery life.

Wildly expensive; No built-in dongle storage; Low-profile switches are an acquired taste.

Logitech G915 LIGHTSPEED Wireless Mechanical Gaming Keyboard - GL Clicky 920-009228 review

There's almost nothing wrong with the Logitech G915 TKL, and if you want a super-responsive, super-compact wireless (or wired) keyboard that you can take anywhere, then we think this is one of the best options on the market right now.

40 hours of battery life; Excellent design and construction; Customisable lights

No number pad on this model; It's going to cost you; Older microUSB connection

That said, I'd recommend the G915 in a heartbeat if it wasn't for one thing - its price. Even in today's market, £209.99 is a lot, but otherwise, it's a thumbs-up from me.

Logitech G915 Lightspeed Wireless Mechanical Keyboard Review

Even the best gaming keyboards aren't for everyone. While I enjoy the longer travel of mechanical keys and the bold (not to say eccentric) stylings of most gaming keyboards, some people would prefer something more subdued, with a typing feel more akin to what they'd find on their laptops. Logitech's G915 Lightspeed ($249.99) offers the best of both worlds. It's a low-profile mechanical keyboard, so it has a shorter press, but one that's still more comfortable and satisfying than your laptop's scissor switches. Its sleek, light body has a professional look—RGB lighting notwithstanding—that can fit in at an office as well as a gamer's battle station. Oh, and did I mention it's wireless? If you can bear its high price, the G915 offers almost everything you could want in a modern gaming keyboard. Keys and Buttons, and Buttons and Keys The G915 has a lot of inputs. It's a full-size board with five extra macro buttons (G1 through G5) on the left side plus a dozen additional buttons—d...
