This is a perfect unit to use with AREOFLY FS 2 and X plane 11 , however for DCS world ,combat air patrol 2 and a few others you will require a third party program to run which will cost you as Logitech dose not have a program for mapping , However having said that the unit itself is of a sturdy quality and comes with a mounting bracket and screws neatly packaged , and given that there is not really a lot of other options out there for switch units at around the same price its a good deal for an enthusiast , and the switches are large enough if using VR and not so big as to ruin the aesthetics of your cockpit . I will say however if you are not a regular flight sim player it is not needed to enjoy afore mentioned games if you are it will save you so much time not needing to memorizing a bunch of keys not to mention it looks cool mounted to the rest of my cockpit and is a heap of fun to use. So for the price and if you think you need it then I recommend this product just figure out
