So far, so good but I've had it for only a fortnight. It's a bit faster than I'd expected. I did have to upgrade it to a more recent version of Windows 10, which took longer and used more data than I'd expected.

Bought this to replace an aging desktop. I've seen immediate performance improvements and the laptop functions well with peripherals attached via a USB hub. So far the laptop has delivered everything I want.

Bit disappointed when we tried to set up only to find the keyboard was not set up for the NZ market. Not being very computer savvy disappointed there was no help to do this. Had to call on the services of grandson

Recently bought this as my previous laptop decided to break down. So far, it's been great to have. As a full time student, it's great with getting what I need completed, also very fast to load applications. Space is a bit limited unfortunately and can fill up fairly quickly. Either than that, it is a fantastic device. I would recommend this laptop if you are not too worried about computer space.
