True to its name, the ThinkCentre M92p Tiny is an ultracompact desktop with a mix of security and remote-management features that's sure to appeal to businesses.

Incredibly small chassis; Strong security and remote-management features; Nearly silent during operation; Respectable application performance; Three-year onsite warranty

Little to no room for expansion; Bundled keyboard feels like an old IBM holdover

Lenovo ThinkCentre M92P Review: Small System, Small Price

The compact Lenovo ThinkCentre M92P's standout feature is its small size (for a desktop PC) and easy portability, but how good a machine can come in

Excellent desktop PC

We've purchased four of these (although the first two were slightly different model, which did not have WiFi). They are used daily in our business and don't have any problem handling multiple applications. We are typically running our Sage ACT!

Lenovo ThinkCentre M92p Tiny

There's so much happening in the world of mobile computing, that it's easy to forget that the advances that underpin the latest releases also help out at the serious end of the market. Lenovo's ThinkCentre M92p Tiny is on hand to try to get you to rethink this stance.

Robust design; Good connection options; VESA mountable; Flexible accessories

Poor RAM configuration; Sluggish performance; Poor graphics prowess; Small hard drive; DisplayPort or VGA only

Lenovo ThinkCentre M92p Tiny review

Unless internal expansion is required, we can find little wrong with the ThinkCentre M92p Tiny as a business-class ultra-small-form-factor PC.

Compact 'one-litre' form factor; Four USB 3.0 ports; Business-grade manageability; Monitor-mountable; Multi-monitor support

No internal expansion; Lacks Wi-Fi as standard; Entry-level CPU lacks vPro support

The Windows 7 Lenovo ThinkCentre M92P Tiny model we've found configured for sale in the UK costs only around £1,000 and yet carries an Intel Core i7 (3rd Gen) 3770/3.4GHz dual-core Ivy Bridge CPU that runs at a standard 3.4GHz, and boosts to 3.9GHz with Intel's Max Turbo Frequency.

Lenovo ThinkCentre M92p Tiny Review

There's so much happening in the world of mobile computing, that it's easy to forget that the advances that underpin the latest releases also help out at the serious end of the market. Lenovo's ThinkCentre M92p Tiny is on hand to try to get you to rethink this stance.

The chassis is weighty and solid; and boasts a great slimmed down design that is certainly sober and functional; but attractive enough at the same time too.

The reality is somewhat different though; and in practice we found the Lenovo M92p Tiny sluggish; prone to crashing; and generally one of the most negative user experiences we've had the misfortune of sitting in front of

Rock solid computer

Lenovo is the consumer branding for IBM, so, it's an IBM and they've had long enough to get it right. And they have! I got an extra 4GB memory installed just for good measure, and it has 1TB of hard drive, so the result is that everything runs seamlessly and with great speed.

It's fast; silent; and it starts up very quickly

Lenovo products give you most value for your dollar.

I was so happy with this purchase, because I saved about $300 over the lowest street price. The computer was brand new and works like a gem! Although I am an advanced level computer user who has built more than 15 computers, I would prefer a Lenovo desktop or laptop to something I built.
