Love the ceramic bowl. Looks great with my black mixer, and is nice and heavy, feels like great quality. It is also very easy to clean.

Great bread maker, mix and prove in bowl, the bake with bowl over base. Bread done in 2 hours without any need for bread making machine. I only have a classic kitchen aid mixer and have no problem with it kneading the dough.

I have made the cinnamon scroll (recipe on Kitchenaid website) so far and it was a big success. It just took longer to beat than the recipe said. The bowl itself worked very well. I've never made bread before so I was very happy with the result.
