Just 1 worked as expected

I bought two Kingston Digital USB 3.0, the first one is working as expected, but the other one just worked for 1 week. Honestly I really expected that the product will work :( but the money was refund.

Kingston DataTraveler 300

The DataTraveler 300 is – for now – the world's most capacious USB flash drive. At 256GB it's not quite as generous as the name suggests (especially as only 238GB of that is usable), but it's still bigger than many hard disks and should certainly cover your file-transportation needs for the...

I picked up one of these cause I know Kingston is a top brand. However was kind of disappointed in the build quality, the plastics were cheap, loose and just not pleasant to use. Having said that I don't buy my USB sticks for their aesthetics so was pleased with its performance (read/write) and its...

While the Kingston doesn't offer much in the way of extras, it's aggressively priced and super quick.

Slower than 2.0

The performance of this drive leaves a lot to be desired. Using all 3.0 periphial equipment it is very slow in reading and writing. Aa a comparison I tested the same data using a Kingston 2.0 flash drive and it was faster at reading and writing the same data as the 3.0.

Kingston DataTraveler microDuo (32GB)

As more people use their smartphones and tablets alongside laptop and desktop PCs, the need for storage that works for both PCs and mobile devices only grows. With the Kingston DataTraveler microDuo ($29.95), plugging into your Android device is now just as simple as using a drive on your PC, and...

Simple, compact design; USB and microUSB connections, with PC and Android compatibility.

Android support isn't 100 percent; Requires microUSB, so no support for iOS products

Kingston DataTraveler Generation 3 G3 32GB USB Drive Review

Up for review today I have the Kingston DataTraveler Generation 3 or G3 USB flash drive. The drive is 32gb capacity and it's one of the latest from Kingston. The G3 is very small and lightweight making it portable and easy to take with you.

I've commented once before.

Because it's slow, made my computer speed slower. It would be good for people who likes slower speed. The next time I purchase, I pay attention to speedier ones.

Taking the DataTraveler Route : Kingston DataTraveler Secure DataTraveler ReadyFlash USB Flash

While the security features offered by the DataTraveler Secure offering are useful, they do come at a price premium.  So, unless security is a paramount issue, I would recommend the DataTraveler ReadyFlash for most users.  It is one third the price and performed slightly better in my tests.
