This game is the reason a got the kinect so I was eagerly awaiting it's release. It is good and bad at the same time. The pod racing is excellent. My 11 year old son loves the rancor smash and it is great exercise.The starfighter battles are good once u get used to the sensitivity.

I was initially hesitant to pick this game up based on on-line reviews but have been pleasantly surprised. This game is not intended to be a fully immersive, interactive "Star Wars experience" so, fanboys, sit down and pout because the world doesn't revolve around you.

Fun for both kids and adults playing together; My kids love it; My 9 yo son saved money to help pay for it and loves it; My 4 yo daughter loves to dance and it is something they actually enjoy doing together; Adults have fun at it too

A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away, a small boy dreamed of wielding a lightsaber and becoming a Jedi. Well, for a long time read 35 years, and for far, far away read Muswell Hill, but you take the point; Star Wars Kinect is a game that has long been eagerly awaited.So how does it do?

Galactic Dance-Off left a bad taste in my mouth, but if that mode is taken out of the game...well, you are still left with a very weak experience. So much more could have been done with such a huge franchise.

Parents need to know that Kinect Star Wars is an Xbox 360 game that requires Microsoft's motion- and sound-sensing Kinect peripheral, sold separately. Its five modes have players fighting with a lightsaber, destroying cities as a monster, racing pods, and dancing.

Good game with lots of varity but lots of intro and talking bits which slow down progress through the game. Not as much fum for 2 player game due to having the keep waiting.

This is a really good game- the best kinect game ive played so far - only downside is the occasional glitch when you are in 2 player mode - it gets confused and seems to drop you out. Other than that its all fun and great family play.

You know the story. "Lightsabers!" was everyone's first thought when Kinect was unveiled and, sure enough, Kinect Star Wars was one of the very first Kinect games announced. Sadly it was a massive disappointment when we played it last year, causing Microsoft to yank it from its planned Christmas...

Great game. You live the adventure and get a great workout as well.
