The Jabra website states that this device is softphone compatible (and even has a picture of a laptop computer) but the jack that is meant to connect to the computer is not the right size. I love the Jabra products but was disappointed when I unboxed this item.

They are amazing! Comfortable, versatile and the sound is crystal clear.

I've bought two of these before and liked them both so much, when we had a receptionist that needed a head piece, we bought her the same thing.

Although I like the idea of this and was really excited to receive. Was disappointed when it arrived as the headphone jack was too small for any port on my laptop. This spec or lack of spec was not listed if you are looking for this item make sure you buy the one with the USB extension.

Been using these for a few weeks now and after the initial torture of trying to get the bleeding thing set-up we are now very happy with them. Phones themselves are very straightforward to set-up but struggled and struggled with the repeater.

its a great head set, however you have to but the adapter seperate and Staples does not carry it. With out the adapter you need to pick up the hand set on the phone even when using the head set

I have been using this headset for 2 weeks now with my iphone and avaya x-one softphone. It integrates well with both. Audio & voice quality are excellent. The mute "button" while sometimes a little hard to pinpoint with your finger works great since it integrates with the phone.

Bought this for my wife (home office) as she operates over VPN with Avaya office phone and iPhone. The first one had an issue after a few days but B&H promptly sent a new one and it's up and running in a couple minutes.

Bought the 9470 as a replacement for a 9125, like the neckband vs. The over the head band, the 9125 had 12 hours, the 9470 is rated at 9 hours, the fit and comfort of the 9470 is excellent, and the sound quality seems as good as my previous unit.
