IO Interactive tapped into something unique in 2000 when Hitman: Codename 47 was released. There's always been this vision in popular entertainment of the well-dressed, urbane contract killer, and 47 emobodied that vision perfectly.

Elaborate environments overflow with murderous possibilities; Huge amount of content; One of the best-looking games of this generation; Contracts forces you to approach the same locales from different perspectives

Too-limited field of view when hiding inside of containers; Contracts would be stronger with more specific kill requirement possibilities

Number 47 at his best. I love this game, I have played it on PC, PS3 and now on the 360, it is by far the best out of the series. The missions are challenging, graphics are up to date and game play interesting and fun.

My favorite in the series, I never cared for the first ones. They are pretty much all the same, but this one is longer, and has a lot more interesting things to do. imo. The new one for XB1 and PS4 is decent, but it's in different episodes, and not a whole lot different than this one.

Hitman Absolution is a fun and interesting twist on the series. Unlike the other Hitman games being about completing contracts this one has it's own story to it. The gameplay is a mixture of stealth assignments to action filled chase sequences.

This time round, it's been over SIX years since Agent 47 last dispatched the baddies in a ‘silent assassin' style, such that no-one saw it coming when they were about to meet their maker… or at least that's the way it *should* be done but, when I cock this up, it's like when you see such a murder...

Fantastic game, good match of combat and tactical thinking, many ways to carry out each level. I found this far more enjoyable and engaging than other games.

This was a game I had been looking forward to because the hype was so high and filled with such potential. Unfortunately, in the end it is a very mediocre product and OK for a play here and there, but just doesn't work overall…

Awesome as always expected from Hitman franchise , amazing graphics ,storyline strong and kickass , definitely worth purchasing everytime a new Hitman comes up
