This is the worst printer because it does not photocopy

The printer was on sale for $50.00 off the regular price which enticed me to buy it. The printer was real easy to set up. No problems at all. I like that it turns itself off when you are through using it and comes right back on when you are ready to print again.

I bought this to replace a defunct HP Officejet 8000 which has worked well for the a last few years. Really like this one, faster start up than the 8000, faster printing and doesn't seem to go to standby like the 8000 did. Very quiet in operation and good print quality.

This printer weighs more than 10 kg. The delivery is awesome. I got the product a day earlier. Packing is good. But I got a feel that it is stored for a long time in the warehouse. The printer is working fine. I got it connected through wireless mode.

If this was a bit smaller it would be even better as it takes up a large amount of my desk.

Very easy to setup; The wireless setup was very easy and only occasionally has issues; Having the options of either wired or wireless setup was very appealing to me; Once I walk from my desktop to the printer about 15 feet away it usually starts printing.

You don't realize until you unpack the large box that the majority of the box is made up of the printer; This was larger than my previous hp Deskjet 4100

Very good quality printing for both text and photographs. Have had a few issues with feeder "picking up" thicker photo paper for printing but this is easily solved with a little push and perhaps I need to clean the pickup rollers. Duplex printing is a real bonus. Works very quickly and efficiently.

Good product for reasonable price. This printer is perfect for printing A4 documents, plus it has ePrint function which is very easy to set up by using its interface software.

Not so good on printing photos

The product is great and the price was not too high. The ink lasts much longer than my other printers. It prints very quickly, which is great when you are printing 70 newsletters with 4 pages.

I have 2 laptops and one PC which are different brands (IBM,HP & Dell). The software was easy to setup on all 3 units. I am running Windows 7 64 bit on all of them. I also setup for E Print as I was installing the software.

Our last HP printer lasted 11 years, so I wanted another HP. When we installed the driver disc, it crashed our computer [Windows 7, DELL XPS 8500 PC]. But once we downloaded the driver updates from the website, it ran great.
