Overall, it's the right choice for my network environment where half of the household is home use, while the other half is for business. I could see this being used in a full office environment as well. Only issue I had was making it connect with older versions of windows and non-Windows computers.

I purchased this printer not realizing it provides one function only. I need a copier and FAX as well. I returned it to Staples using their no-cost return. If a printer is all you need, it is great. The set-up was so easy, and the instructions for wireless connection were clear and simple.

I really hated to give up my old HP printer but with a new computer I was forced to get something so returned to HP because of the reliable products. This printer is fast as lightning with the printing and the auto two sided printing is a nice feature.

Amazing value for the amount of pages the printer prints before the ink has to be replaced. The only drawback of this model is that this is strictly a "Printer". It is unable to Scan your documents which is quite essential feature too these days.

I confess that I have never purchased any computing hardware other than HP over 30 years, maybe that is why I have never had any trouble with performance, connectivity and user friendliness.
