Great PC - worked great - went caput when only 20 months old - went through a 70 day "kabuki dance", with Square Trade and many emails and phone calls to Staples customer service and The Office of The President of Staples to reach a settlement with Square Trade - The "kabuki dance" with Square Trade...
HP's Officejet 6600 is aimed at light home office use. The MFP is topped with a serious-looking 35-page ADF, while the single paper input tray has a useful 250-sheet capacity. There's also a fax modem, but neither the ADF nor the printer support duplex (double-sided) operation.
The HP Officejet 6600 e-All-in-One Printer color inkjet multifunction (copy/scan/print/fax) is a puzzler, and a huge disappointment.
I've had this printer a week. When it prints it is great. I continue to get error messages "Printer Not Connected" almost every time I turn off the computer and start again. There must be some type of driver error that keeps disconnecting the printer from the computer.
Fast Print Time; Low Ink Consumption
Hard Setup
A complete lack of support for two-sided printing is a deal-killer for the HP Officejet 6600 e-All-in-One - an otherwise competent small-office multifunction.
A reasonable MFP with exceptionally low running costs, but it's overpriced and hamstrung by its awful driver interfaces
The only good thing about this printer is wireless. Super noisy, as if I'm having a tractor in my room. Look like a high-end product, but don't let the look fools you. Design is unnecessarily bulky and takes up too much space Regardless all the advertising about toner-economical feature, the printer...
I should have known better simply because of the price. Normally I check the ratings on items before I buy them--this time I screwed the pooch. The printer works as long as you never need to scan or fax anything. Amazon denied my refund request--so now I'm stuck with this piece of garbage.
I purchased this printer in June 2012 and have replaced the colour cartridges twice, despite printing less than 20 colour pages. The colour cartridges dry out and become unusable. If any cartridges are removed and not replaced the printer becomes a brick. I DO NOT recommend this dud.
