Piece of crap! Never purchasing another machine from Amazon due to return policy.
We have had this fax machine for a little over 1 month and have replaced the toner and the faxes coming in are not clear. We are having problems sending faxes out (you can only do one at a time) and receiving (only one can come in at a time).
