Solid Office Printer. Documentation to set up scan to e-mail and to drives could be better, but customer service is great

This printer is solid. It performs printing, scanning and copying jobs quickly, with good quality, and at reasonable costs. Documentation to set up scan to e-mail and to drives could be better, but customer service did a great job.

It's been down for three weeks

It is really concerning that an enterprise printer would fail after 4 months of use and that replacement parts are so hard to come by. We have no idea when this printer will be working again.

Enterprise network options; good scanning; good print quality; good print speed

Not reliable, The scanner stopped working, the printer was under warranty so I called HP; The tech came out and replaced a few parts, now nothing works and the additional parts are on back order; The accounting department is really mad at the IT department for buying this printer
