Excellent product for a business that does a high volume of color letters. It does double sided and is very fast. It has high volume ink cartridges and to replace them is very cost effective.

"...I know one of the HP model sometimes does not. The printer seldom got jammed if you handle paper properly. The LCD screen showed the balance of the toners. Changing of toner is quite easy. Toner is reliable and seldom have leakage problem.

We have this printer at work. You have to purchase 4 ink cartridges(black, cyan, magenta, yellow) - they are expensive (around $250 each unless you buy a knockoff) but worth it in terms of printing quality especially color. I rarely get problems.

We had a Xerox Phasar which worked but smeared and smelled, rather slowly. It was also hideously noisy and cost a mint in toner. This one came on a pallet (beware! the carter will drop it at your gate and go) and is h e a v y.
