Very black ink, especially for a black ink cartridge. Comes out black as night. As usual, way overpriced original HP product. Would I recommend it, sure, if you don't have another choice, which you don't, not with HP...... Only half the so-called "compatibles" work properly. I guess that's how they maintain their cashflow.....
