After lots of research I splashed out and bought an expensive PC and it was worth it. Fast, simple to use and so light its easy to travel with. Ran a multi media workshop and PC was best in the room.

Was surprised for once a product was selling cheaper than at Amazon USA site, same quality, features. Bought for a friend in Africa. He is very happy
There's strong competition among, well, elite convertibles, led at the moment by our consumer Editors' Choice the Lenovo Yoga C930 . But it's hard to find much fault with the EliteBook x360 1030 G3.
Wonderfully compact and light; Three screen choices: bright 1080p, privacy-filter 1080p, and 4K; Crisp keyboard; Good array of ports, including two Thunderbolt 3; Marathon battery life; Impressive audio
No SD card slot; Clumsy cursor-arrow keys
HP's EliteBook series of devices is definitely among the best commercial PCs that you can get. The company puts more effort into security and other business-centric features than any other firm out there.
The EliteBook x360 1030 G3 directly addresses our biggest complaint about the 1030 G2: the dim display. Our 1030 G3 unit is about 75 percent brighter than the 1030 G2 and that doesn't even include the 700-nit option.
great sound quality for the size; loud speakers, small footprint; portable and lightweight, proprietary multi-layer security features, keyboard keys have great feedback, optional 4G LTE and NFC, Thunderbolt 3 support, excellent build quality, USB Type-C charging, full sRGB coverage, good battery...
warmer surfaces than on the EliteBook x360 1030 G2; pulse-width modulation on lower brightness levels; not as rigid as the thicker EliteBook 830 series; unable to sustain maximum CPU Turbo Boost; lower performance when on battery power; serviceability could have been easier; light-moderate backlight...
Sexy 360 clamshell design; Thin; super-light; very portable; Respectable audio for a laptop; Vibrant; punchy display; Fantastic keyboard; Plenty of business class features; Excellent battery life
Difficult to open; Soldered system memory; Pricey in higher-end configs; Keyboard sticks out in tablet mode
should one not be disappointed having to purchase the non-glare feature separately for this All-In-One and having gotten the one that is not horizontally aligned with the base.
Amazing machine
HP's EliteBook x360 has served as a top-class business laptop for a good number of years, and having been impressed with earlier models , we're intrigued to see what upgrades are in the store for the 2019 refresh dubbed the x360 1030 G3.
Sleek design; solid build quality; Fast and responsive performance; Comprehensive security options; Excellent keyboard and trackpad; Versatile speaker system; Decent battery life; Three-year warranty
Full-HD display could be better; Fans get quite loud; Active Pen still optional
