Had heard all sorts of things about heat pump driers so was expecting problems with clothes being fairly damp at the end of the cycle but have had no problems. Heavier things I just use the Extra function. Has a good capacity and it's amazing how much water is extracted. Very happy with my purchase.

First time having a heat pump dryer and this one has been amazing

Easy to use, amount of fluff removed from clothes by the lint filter shows it's doing the job well, and the heat pump system as opposed to a traditional dryer has clothes come out feeling soft, fluffy and brand new each time.

Dryers are going to be hugely important with climate change. This is the dryer for the new normal.

I upgraded from my vented dryer that was on its last legs and have been so happy with the F&P 9kg Heat Pump dryer. No more wet, damp walls and drying time is great and allows me to do dry multiple loads a day for our family of 5. I had read some negative reviews about Pump Dyers but I couldn't be happier with mine. It was expensive, but I have already used it more times in a week than I did in a month for my old useless dryer and wish I had splurged on one years ago. We were lucky enough to have a floor drain just in front of the dryer space so no need to even empty the water as the tube fits down to the drain for fuss free water drainage. Filter easy to clean and lots of different settings for all types of clothing, auto works to completely dry every time. Very happy.
