final fantasy xiii-2 review

In my opinión this is one of the Best final fantasy games, excellent story line and graphics. It should be a must have game for amateur gamers for its ability Touch different aspects of gaming interaction. I would give it a 4.5 out of 5. Highly recommended.

Great Sequel

This has also been improved over XIII. While still a bit linear, the environment has been expanded to allow for some free roaming & interaction with NPC's. The battle system has also received some refinements, as you can now further tune ur paradigms for efficiency (Ex: Having a commando paradigm in...

The Final Fantasy series has been on a slow, steady decline since FFIX almost brought Square back to the elements that made the franchise great to begin with. The pinnacle being VII, everything after has been a slog, as more and more time and energy has been pumped into graphics, while the freedom,...

It's an okay addon for a good game. At least you can see how Lightning ending is and enjoy a gorgeous fight against Caius... But not much more. A fight, some cutscenes and that's it.

Final Fantasy XIII- 2 Review (360)

Final Fantasy back on track It is hard to write about a Final Fantasy game, without referencing the game that brought Japanese Role Playing Games to the attention of all western gamers.

Awesome Graphics; better than FFXIII in every way; not as linear as predecessor

battles are still "spam the A button for a win

Final Fantasy XIII-2 - Review

2010's Final Fantasy XIII received a mixed critical reception. Chief among the complaints was the ditching of the series' usual side-quest-packed open-world structure in favour of a linear journey filled with desolate environments that offered the bare minimum of distractions.

Better than FFXIII; Open level structure; Stunning worlds to explore

Overabundance of cut-scenes; Battle system could be improved; Some fans will find it too easy

Final Fantasy XIII-2

While 2010's Final Fantasy XIII was undeniably a visual treat, it sacrificed many of the series' hallmarks – exploration, populated towns full of interactive characters, side quests – in favour of a non-stop linear adventure with a battle system so automated, the game near enough played itself.

Final Fantasy XIII-2 PS3 Review

When Final Fantasy XIII was released in 2010 it caused some concern for the series. Good and bad ideas were infused in the staple Japanese RPG franchise that caused fans to speak their disappointment with game.

Final Fantasy XIII-2 Reviewed

So who remembers Final Fantasy X-2? I can, somewhat, but most of my memories were justifiably repressed in the utmost efficiency. After all, X-2 was pretty much an attempt to cash in on the success of its predecessor.

Final Fantasy XIII-2 – review

Sometimes, you just want to turn back the clock and try again. Square Enix clearly did with the spectacular but overly linear Final Fantasy XIII because Final Fantasy XIII-2 is all about jumping back and forth in time. We find ourselves once more on Gran Pulse, three years after the end of FF XIII .
