Product is crap. Second one Ive had and same problems. Jams all the time 30 minutes to unpick the bits. Now only works in reverse. Dont buy this rubbish.

Paper jammed after only using it the once. Had to use very fine tweezers to remove paper.

This shredder does the job with eaes Well worth the money

The product works fine but it is very noisy and it cuts the paper in strips, don't crush it. Anyway, is good for the house.

We have had a previous Fellowes shredder in my home office for a decade, and it gave good service, generally managing 4–5 sheets at a time. My office closed 3 years ago, and it finally gave up the ghost. This one is noisier, and seemed to jam within a day. Reversing did not clear it. Not wishing to dismantle it, which would void the warranty, I left it for a week till I had time to pick out the pieces (about 40 minutes work) and this unjammed it. We concluded that the advertising saying that it could handle 5 sheets at a time was an overstatement! If it jams again, may have to contact the supplier.

Think in terms of shredders it’s great very user friendly and does what it says but prob 5 sheets it starts to struggle but none the less will still give master splinter a good king fu battle to save his sons the ninja turtles

Purchased this 15 months ago. Not impressed by shredding ability. Has only been used occasionally and now has feed capacity has stopped – except for reverse function. Would not buy again.

Good home office shredder, collection basket could be bigger.
