Awesome printer

This printer does the job! I use it to print small jobs for one and double sided projects. I print from both my IPad and laptop without any difficulty. The the color print option is vibrant but much slower than the black option. The copier works great, but I have not used the fax option.

Great printer so far... I received the printer quickly from Amazon in great shape. I read quite a few reviews and I just don't understand the negative input. I was able to buy the printer during an "Epson Sale for 20% less" making the value even better. The printer setup was a snap.

poor printer

The scanner works only through the top, the automatic feeder will only feed 3-4 sheets before jamming. The 2 sided printing needs to be reset every time. The connection to the computer takes 30 seconds to a minute to respond. Changing paper requires an enrty into the screen.

Regrets

Software supplied with unit is terrible and clumsy to use for scaning. With the firewalls, anti virus and network use, forget scanning altogether. Seems the software/device sees the PC units once in a while and refuses to scan. HP has very easy software to install and use.

Epson EcoTank ET-4750 Printer Review: Big Savings for Heavy Ink Users

The Epson EcoTank ET-4750 uses refillable ink tanks to deliver extremely low cost per page - once you've recouped its high purchase price.

Extremely low ink costs; Fast printing on plain paper; Quick duplex printing; Speedy start up

High purchase price delays savings; Copies via ADF showed some distortions; Sluggish photo printing and color scanning; Touch screen is on the small side

Epson WorkForce ET-4750 EcoTank All-in-One Supertank Printer

Even though it is a bit sluggish, with its large ink reservoirs and good-size paper capacity, you can print a lot of documents without having to replenish either consumable. This makes the ET-4750 a sound investment for home-based or small offices and workgroups that need to churn out a lot of color...

Excellent output quality; Very low running costs after initial investment; Ships with generous amount of ink; Supports Wi-Fi Direct mobile connectivity; Small and light

Slow for the price; High purchase price; Automatic document feeder (ADF) is not auto-duplexing; No NFC support

Epson EcoTank ET-4750 review: A decent EcoTank MFP at last

Epson's EcoTank system has always been a promising concept. Instead of costly, wasteful ink cartridges, EcoTank devices have big tanks, come with generous bottles of ink, and slash print costs to a fraction of their previous level.

The tanks are easy to refill; Great value over time

Slow scanner and photocopies

Epson WorkForce ET-4750 EcoTank All-in-One Supertank Printer Review

Depending on how much you use it, the Epson WorkForce ET-4750 EcoTank All-in-One Supertank Printer ($499.99) is either a wise investment or a waste of money. Like the WorkForce ET-4550 before it, or its direct competitor, the Canon Pixma G4200 Wireless MegaTank All-in-One Printer, the ET-4750 is a supertank, or bulk ink printer. Supertank all-in-one (AIO) printers are marketed under the pay-more-up-front-to-pay-less-for-ink-later model. Aside from the way you buy and feed it ink, though, the ET-4750 is roughly a pared-down equivalent to the Editors' Choice Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4720. It's slow and short on features for a $500 AIO, but it prints quite well, and the ongoing per-page price of ink is minuscule, making it an excellent choice for home-based or small offices or workgroups that need to print or copy from several hundred to a thousand or so pages each month. Small and Resourceful Despite its ability to hold several milliliters of ink in its four onboard reservoirs (rathe...

The Epson ET-4750 EcoTank AIO printer may be a bit slow, but it prints excellent quality documents and photos at a very low cost per print.

Excellent output quality; Very low running costs after initial investment; Ships with generous amount of ink; Supports Wi-Fi Direct mobile connectivity; Small and light

Slow for the price; High purchase price; Automatic document feeder (ADF) is not auto-duplexing; No NFC support
