I feel like Dishonored is in the same situation. It's great, but feels as though it needs a sequel to be amazing. The story is a bit short, the powers feel lacking, and no New Game + of any kind are all stuff that a sequel would fix in a heartbeat.

There is so much to talk about with Dishonored, from the superb sound design and dialogue, to the unexpected pleasures in discovering various ways you can subvert the systems in the game, be it reprogramming security turrets or using possession to walk guards off of balcony’s, but the proof really...
Never have I felt so engrossed in a game other than Dishonored. With tons of options and player choice, it's simply wonderful to wield abilities and powers to take down enemies with stealth or rampage-style attacks.
Dishonored is a welcome surprise in the weary world of the first-person shooter. A fully formed and actually quite interesting setting, a strong narrative, and innovative, if familiar, gameplay. Like BioShock before it, it breathes life into its genre while simultaneously challenging its boundaries.
Fun; challenging gameplay; Storyline congruent with your gameplay decisions; Richly detailed setting saturated with background info; Sweet mask
Load times a bit long; Silent protagonist (c'mon devs - lazy; No map
So does Dishonored stand up on its own two feet? It most certainly does! On the surface it is easy to compare previous games we have loved, and it is easy to see similarities in style and gameplay, but these are elements that have clearly been learned, honed and enhanced to make Dishonored a title...
Fantastic gameplay and feeling of power; Superb story and characters; Gripping from start to finish
Some Runes and Charms didn't feel that important to gameplay; Just 9 chapters - but they are deep and lengthy if played stealthy; Open gameplay can prove to be too powerful at times
Out of all the stealth-based games currently available in the market, Dishonored is simply the BEST of them all. The game is perfect in all sense just leaving aside graphics and visuals section. The gameplay is pretty solid, story is entertaining and it also offers high replay value.
At the end of the game, I felt incredibly satisfied. Rarely do you see a game that blends all of its elements so perfectly, as if everyone on the development team came together with one strong, powerful vision for what makes a great video game.
Gave it as a gift to my brother, seeing as I had already played it on PC and he is a console gamer. He loved it!
Great game
I think my brother ran into a glitch or two; but was able to overcome it after some time
IT WAS AWESOME it was one of the best games ive ever played and the game play wass awesome and the sound was cool and every thing else in the game
I got this game for free on Games with Gold and i love it! so many ways you can execute the missions. Wanted to buy the DLCs but each one is $10. on the Xbox Marketplace. For $15 dollars you get the game and $30 dollars worth of DLCs, it doesn't get better than this.
