Very robust design but it lacks easy packing. Needs a padded bag for travelling. It's not very compact for travelling as this is supposed to be a stabilised alternative to 'selfie stick'

Recently purchased the DJI Osmo and I have a few things that I wish i would have known before 1.) The mobile version does not offer the same expansion as the osmo or osmo +. The aux port is only used for charging so you cannot you mic for better sound.

I only bought this a week ago but it's come in handy already so much. The steady makes shooting video on your phone look so professional. The timelapse features are also very neat.

Great Gimbal works easy and get's the job done quick and user-friendly. You got to love the price as well.

Travel to Japan with this thing. Took daily video & photos. Note DJI software only take photo in video-resolution. However, it can do 9 Frame panorama which give a awesome super wide landscape photo.

Don't mount to tripod unless you get DJI-option parts; or DYI

I bought the Osmo Mobile over Black Friday and it works great with my iPhone 8 Plus. For those who have balancing issues on the iPhone 8 and iPhone X, they are likely not extending the mounting arm for larger sized phones.
