I was initially satisfied with this L2 managed switch

I was initially satisfied with this L2 managed switch, then a bank of ports (17-20 / 41-44) just went dark. Simply dead. Today, another bank went down (1-4 / 25-28). This is simply unacceptable from a vendor like Cisco and sure enough the hardware warranty is 90 days.

Random reboots on 3/3 and Cisco support is aweful

The features of these switches are nice

We bought three of these from two different vendors; All three are randomly rebooting every few days; Sometimes more often, sometimes less often; They have a limited lifetime warranty, but I'm pretty sure Cisco's support is paid to run you around until you give up
