Defective
The router, through no fault of Office Max, was defective and I returned it to the store for a refund upon the recommendation of Belkin via their help line. Belkin replaced it with a Linksys EA6100 that is far superior to this model and it works very well.

Works Great
I couldn't play online without disconnecting before I upgraded, had my old router for 8 years and thought it worked fine but this fixed my issues. I get 5x more mbps and no more disconnects!!! I also have multiple devices hooked up to it at the same time

Linksys N600 Dual-Band Wi-Fi Router - E2500
Quick shipping from Staples, easy installation. Works fine now, hopefully it'll last as long as the previous router which went for at least 6-8 yrs.
