Disaster - this will kill your ipod

Bought this with ipod 5 months ago - as the other reviewers say it is impossible to change the volume through the plastic. Worse still the design means that the earpiece socket sits right on your skin so impossible to stop sweat getting in - my ipod has corroded round the earpiece in just this short...

Problems!!!

Iv'e had my first Canon 6D for just over 2 weeks and then it started randomly taking pictures by itself, really annoying when your trying to take product images and want to check the image but it will just keep taking pictures.

Runners beware--case absorbs sweat!

I purchased this armband with my new iPod (7th gen). After several runs (including 3 over 20km) I found the following: I found it very hard to see the screen and make any selections from the screen while running as the clear plastic/screen cover isn't very responsive, and it is a bad angle to view...

LCD

The overall product is nice. HOWEVER, the LCD screen looks presentable, but it is made out of horrible quality. As I've been talking to my friends with the same EOS 6D they said they have had LCD problems as well. The main problem is it cracks very easily.

Canon EOS 6D

After Nikon introduced their "budget full frame DSLR", the Nikon D600, Canon promptly followed suite by announcing the Canon 6D, their much cheaper full frame alternative. The camera, however, received some underwhelming response as it looked inferior to not just the existing Canon cameras (even the...

Solid build; Built-in Wi-Fi and GPS; Extremely light

Using the jog dial is uncomfortable for moving the focus points; 11-point AF system feels archaic with only one cross type point and relatively small frame coverage; Single SD card slot

Canon EOS 6D

In some respects, it's hard to tell who Canon's targeting with the EOS 6D, its "budget" full-frame camera. It's got some fairly consumer-y features and specifications. GPS? Check. Built-in Wi-Fi? Check. Single SD card slot? Check. Viewfinder with less than 100 percent coverage? Check.

The Canon EOS 6D delivers the photo and video quality you expect from a full-frame sensor; in a well-designed and relatively lightweight body

While the camera has nice extra features; like Wi-Fi and GPS support; it's missing some basics for the price like on-camera flash; multiple card slots; and a 100 percent-coverage viewfinder

This makes the Canon EOS 6D a more versatile, customisable option than the Canon EOS 60D for sports photographers – although the maximum continuous shooting rate is only 4.5fps. There's an interesting option in the Playback menu that enables you to create a photobook direct from the camera.

Enthusiast-centric controls Remote control via Wi-Fi GPS technology High image quality

No flash Lacks some connections 97% viewfinder coverage Limited viewfinder overlay

Canon EOS 6D Review

The Canon EOS 6D is a great option for photographers who need to take high-quality images in low-intensity situations. However, when the pressure is on, weak shooting performance could make things difficult. Still, for its price, it's difficult to do much better.

This unit is relatively inexpensive for a full-frame camera

It's lacking the shooting performance typically found in professional DSLRs

Canon EOS 6D review: A lovely camera, but watch the trade-offs

In some respects, it's hard to tell who Canon's targeting with the EOS 6D, its "budget" full-frame camera. It's got some fairly consumer-y features and specifications. GPS? Check. Built-in Wi-Fi? Check. Single SD card slot? Check. Viewfinder with less than 100 percent coverage? Check. Wimpy autofocus system? Check. On the other hand, it's missing things like a built-in flash that you'd expect in a nonpro camera.

The photo quality you get from the EOS 6D makes it well worth the upgrade over a consumer APS-C model, but between this and comparable or higher-end models it's a less obvious choice.

The Canon EOS 6D delivers the photo and video quality you expect from a full-frame sensor; in a well-designed and relatively lightweight body.

While the camera has nice extra features; like Wi-Fi and GPS support; it's missing some basics for the price like on-camera flash; multiple card slots; and a 100 percent-coverage viewfinder.
