Great Upgrade!!

Bought this camera to upgrade from a Rebel XSi, and boy what a surprise. Camera is super fast, and pictures are pristine. The top display is really convenient, and the new camera software works great for frequently accessed menus and sub-menus. Would deffinetly recommend as an upgrade over the T4i.

good battery life; Quick Start-up time; excellent image quality; Superior build quality; Bright LCD; Solid Operation; Simple controls/menu; easy to use

Great Camera Great Service Great Price

With the Price drop from ABT I was finally able to afford this unit. It SMOKES my 2 other (older) Canon Digital SLR units. The large screen makes it SO MUCH easier to do a quick check for what you shot. The large screen may even give you an IDEA to move a subject or yourselt to improve your shot.

Easy To Use; Fast / Accurate Auto-Focus; Fast Shutter Speed; Good Image Quality; High ISO Performance; Large Clear LCD; Tilt /Swivel LCD

Allows beginner to take professional looking pix

I bought this camera because I want to learn photography and hope to someday become a semi-professional. With my point-and-shoot, I "missed" so many shots of my kids, but with the 60D, I catch everything.

beautiful pictures; easy to learn basic zones

a little heavy and cumbersome when hanging around neck and chasing after small children

If you're in the market for a amateur/semi-pro dslr this is the one to get.

Hands down the best camera I've ever owned. Paired with a Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8, wow. Pictures are stunning. This is the camera to get. I was thinking about buying a T3i but ended up spending the extra on this and it's well worth the money.

Amazing camera

There is no other way to describe this camera other than amazing. This camera is perfect for someone who is somewhat familiar with digital photography, but probably not someone who has never used a DSLR before. It has a LOT of features and is packs a powerful punch.

"Canon 60d is amazingly flawless!"

I wanted to try the canon 60d to start seriously making videos, and maybe take a couple of pictures, but the camera got me hooked. I had some prior experience with photography, but never video. It was all new to me but the Menu formats were so easy to master.

Vari Angle LCD; 18.0 MP; Live View Mode; Full HD; 3 inch LCD; ISO 6400; 5:3 fps

shooting inside with no outside light gives an orangeish color; but that might be my crappy lens
