Excellent Performance
Outstanding performance for the money. I use the HL2240D primarily for print outs of financial spreadsheets in Excel. Speed of printing is very good for this work. Downside is the prices of drum and toner cartridges. I would definately buy again.

Super Customer Relations
I purchased my printer on line from Amazon as "Used-Very Good Condition." The printer arrived and I was reluctant to try to set it up knowing something would go wrong. When I finally needed to print something I did the setup and sure enough it wouldn't print for me.

Fast,manageable Duplex with toner refill with some trickery.
Works well, quickly in auto duplex mode. Size is manageable which can fit the usual computer tables. Printing is fast. Works with Mac os and Win. There are ways to set the toner system and refill on the cheap.
