Overall the game was just shy of the first. I am not sure if it was the change in the humor (more over-the-top and sometimes felt they were trying too hard instead of letting it be more natural), sequel syndrome, minor changes in game play, or a bit of all three.

I found this game to be not quite as good as the first Borderlands, but it definitely stands on its own; The characters are interesting and amusing, and I appreciate the references back to the first game; I took personal amusement with the main antagonist.

Part of this may be sequel syndrome, but some of it felt like they were trying too hard; The humor wasn't quite as original, and I found it to be far more crude and direct; I rather enjoyed the subtly of some of the humor of the first game.

I was asked by my grandson to buy this game for our home. He loves it. He plays the game with friends on the xbox 360. It seems to keep the grandkids entertained.

This game is super fun and has a ton of entertainment value. Some pretty disturbing themes, so its Mature rating is pretty well earned. Great co-op multi player campaign. I miss having bloodwing from the first game though. One slight drawback is its backwards compatibility with XBOX one.

Hands down, better than 1 in every way. It took everything about 1, and made it way better. As for comparing it to contemporary games, it surpasses CoD, and just about everything else in all ways possible way. It's humorous, action-packed, intense, beautiful, amazing, and most importantly, badass.

This game has an insane amount of weapons and characters to interact with. The overall world is massive, yet the addition of the fast travel system makes getting around really easy. The script and voice acting is also hilarious, I actually laughed out loud as I went through the story.

After losing a copy of borderlands 2 and needing another disk. By far this was the best deal due to also coming with the expansion packs. Made getting my 3rd Xbox 360 I got much easier to load with the DLC's.

For the first Headhunter add-on for Borderlands 2, it's just what I expected. A neat-looking new location, 2 short missions and a boss whose head you can unlock for your character. And... that's pretty much it.
