Surrpised by how the dock was not able to support more than 2 to 3 devices without constantly disconnecting. Tried on a MBA M1, Surface Pro 7, and Surface Pro 6 with a USB C adaptor... Would be an ideal device if it worked properly - Built really well, with a really nice stand... such a shame.

Temperamental at best, performance degrades once you have more than 3 things plugged in. Poor value for money.

I got this because I needed 8 USB ports for my lenovo X1 Yoga 3 gen laptop, and this device did the trick. I also have ethernet and one 4K HDMI display attached to it. It worked fine first time, but after a few days I noticed the external display had blanking issues. I was feeding the hub from the laptop's 65 W USB-C adapter and figured maybe it didn't have enough grunt to charge the laptop and run the hub together, so I bought a 100 W USB-C PD power supply and everything's working happily again.

Works well but some limitations. Can't charge iPhone or iPad from the USB'C port, not enough power .

Worked for the first day then the 2nd HDMI port stopped working. So now I have essentially a dud port.
