Scarce selection of in-stock motherboards with good VRM in New Zealand. This isn't the best bang for buck mobo but it is likely the best board you can buy in New Zealand that should work well with Ryzen 3000 later this year.

Good Cpu would recommend
When it comes to ASUS motherboards you have quite a lot of choices, many users opt for their Republic of Gamers boards, but their Prime line is actually quite good. We've used a "Prime" motherboard as our baseline board for processor testing for both Intel and AMD for the past couple of years.
– Sleek overall design; – Two M.2 slots; – Great BIOS and software; – Great overall performance; – RGBs on the board and two RGB headers
– No clear CMOS button (only jumper
Very good my first motherboard and i am.very happy with it
This is the motherboard i choose for my first pc build. I did not need anything crazy, and i wanted something better than a budget mobo in case i want to oc in the future. I have it pared with a 2600x, 16gb gskill rgb 3200mhz memory and a rx580, more than enough to do 1080p 60fps in modern games.
TLDR: Motherboard does not work out of the box on new Ryzen 3rd Gen CPU. Requires update. Update requires compatible CPU. I purchased this board as I have seen it mentioned multiple times on forums and YouTube to be a great budget buy for the new Ryzen 3rd Gen specifically the Ryzen 5 3600X.
