I do a lot on my pc..from watching movies playing games and editing photos. I have found this monitor fantastic at all the things I need to do. It has crisp colours and great contrast and a great resolution / frame rate. movies look fantastic in widescreen HDMI input is a bonus.

I'm really disappointed by this monitor. I bought two, one in January and another last week, hoping that they would sit nicely together and offer the same image. However, one monitor is much brighter and colours are markedly different, this is even though I have reset to defaults on both monitors.

This monitor is just outstanding, it only has one failing and that is the stand, it is just a little flimsy it's stable enough to support this panel but it does wobble. Even though that is its only failing it still gets 5 stars, 1080p 60 - 75Hz (resolution depended) and DVI-D, HDMI & VGA.

Seems to ME that the brand name is right on the front of the screen that I use & see every minute that I use my PC. I wonder what idiot thought it would be good marketing to irritate their customers with something that may cause them to rethink their next purchase....

Nice monitor; great picture

Acer forces a splash screen when you turn it on that wastes about 10 seconds watching their ad, with no apparent way to disable it; This can cause you to miss you bios oportunity or other startup warnings & info

I have used this monitor for over 18 months (didn't buy it at Amazon if memory serves correct). It is the best computer monitor I have ever used and I wanted people to know that. Everything about it is excellent.

...only problem is that the stand is a bit wobbly. At this price, though, I can't complain. Picture quality good, connections as expected (you can get a DVI-HDMI connector if you need one) I'd buy another if I was in the market.

The monitor has excellent brightness and sharpe display. The only negative is there is no manual to show how you adjust the display. I contacted Acer customer service and they help me. Overall you can't go wrong if you are looking for a good reasonable priced basic monitor.
